포지션 개요

본 포지션은 H Mart 등 주요 한인, 아시아계 오프라인 리테일 마켓과 관련 유통 채널(Weee!, Yamibuy, 울타리몰 등)을 담당하여 영업망을 확대하고 매출 성장을 주도하는 Sales Representative 역할입니다. 현장 방문 영업, 매장 바이어 관리, 제품 제안, 프로모션 기획, 주문 및 수금 관리, 시장 분석까지 B2B Sales Lifecycle 전반을 책임집니다.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

1. B2B 현장 영업 및 거래처 관리 (Sales & Account Management)

거래처 관리 및 영업망 확대: H Mart 등 주요 한인·아시아계 대형 오프라인 마켓 및 직간접 유통 채널(Weee!, Yamibuy, 울타리몰 등) 전담 관리 및 신규 채널 발굴
대면 영업 및 매출 확대: 매장 매니저 및 바이어와의 정기적인 대면 미팅/현장 방문을 통한 신제품 제안 및 매출 극대화
맞춤형 영업 전략 수립: 계정별/매장별 상품 구성(Assortment), 가격(Pricing), 프로모션 전략 기획 및 실행
매장 진열 및 프로모션 지원: 매장 내 제품 진열(VMD) 관리, 프로모션 실행 및 판매 활성화(Sales Activation) 추진

2. 영업 데이터 분석 및 시장 조사 (Sales Planning & Market Intelligence)

판매 데이터 분석: 고객 피드백 및 매출 실적 데이터를 기반으로 한 영업 개선 전략 도출
시장 동향 수집: 정기적인 매장 방문을 통해 경쟁사 동향, 신제품 출시 현황 및 시장 트렌드 파악 후 리포팅

3. 리스크 관리 및 내부 부서 협업 (Operations & Risk Management)

채권 관리 (AR Management): 정해진 기한 내 외상매출금(AR) 관리 및 금융 리스크 최소화
내부 부서 협력: 물류, 마케팅, 재무 등 내부 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 고객 요구사항 반영 및 납기/배송 문제 해결

근무 방식: 오피스 근무 (주 3~4회 출근 및 보고/내부 협업) + 현장 외근 영업

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth and expand market penetration across Korean and Asian retail channels, including major grocery chains (e.g., H Mart) and key ethnic distribution partners (e.g., Weee!, Yamibuy, Wooltari, etc.). This field-based role oversees the entire B2B sales lifecycle, from in-person account management and product presentations to promotional execution, market analysis, and AR management.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Account Management

Account & Channel Expansion: Manage and grow key accounts across major Korean/Asian grocery chains (e.g., H Mart) and associated distribution channels (Weee!, Yamibuy, Wooltari, etc.).
Field Sales & New Business Development: Conduct regular in-person store visits and buyer meetings to present new products and drive revenue growth.
Account-Specific Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns for each account.
In-Store Merchandising & Activation: Oversee in-store product display/merchandising and execute promotional activities to boost sales velocity.

2. Sales Planning & Market Intelligence

Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Market Trends & Reporting: Conduct regular store visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends, providing actionable reports to management.

3. Operations & Risk Management

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Monitor AR balances to minimize financial risk and ensure timely collections within company guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Logistics, Marketing, Finance) to address client needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Work Structure

Location: La Mirada/Norwalk, CA
Work Style: Office presence 3-4 times per week for reporting and internal team coordination, combined with regular field visits.
Travel: Regular local store visits and occasional out-of-state travel required (minimum twice per month).

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is required (Must be able to communicate seamlessly with Korean/Asian buyers, U.S. partners, and internal teams).
Chinese/Spanish is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of outside/field sales or account management experience.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Travel: Ability to travel locally and out-of-state at least twice per month.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Food / CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
Experience managing major Korean grocery accounts (e.g., H Mart) or ethnic market channels.
Strong face-to-face communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
