The following events have created an unprecedented opportunity in our industry.

10,000+ people turning 65 every day for the next 15 years who need Medicare supplemental health insurance plans.

We are currently seeking hard-working, self-motivated insurance agents looking for a quick path to a rewarding career with a bona-fide six figure income potential.

What You Need to be Successful:

Come build an empire within our progressive company. We are in the insurance industry but we don't hire backgrounds, we hire top producers. If you are average, you can earn $60,000 with us. If you are a star, you can earn $100,000 and up. All over the phone.
No driving around to appointments wasting your day in traffic.
No cold calling
Young or old, if you have the stuff, we will know.
Coachability & willingness to learn - You’ll go through an extensive training program to prep you for insurance sales, so you need to be willing to absorb this information and put it to use once you’re on the phone, as well as be open to constructive criticism about how to improve your process.
Competitive personality & an internal motivation - (ex High School & college athletes, solar or car sales reps do well here)

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Turn key system that will put 15-25 qualified sales appointments on your calendar each week
All training, software, licensing and certification costs

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Complete training program and pass/maintain required Life & Health Insurance licenses.
Develop expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Supplement plans.
Conduct needs analyses to educate and advise clients on the best Medicare solutions.
Engage in outbound calls per day or achieve 4+ hours of talk time during ramp-up phase.
Facilitate the full enrollment process for prospective clients.
Hit revenue benchmarks within 90 days of starting in the role.
Accurately document all client interactions and maintain compliance standards.
Collaborate with leadership and peers to support a strong, team-driven culture.
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to adapt to client needs.
Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team performance.
Participate in advancement opportunities and mentorship within the agency.
