Health Gauge provides convenient and affordable health screenings to communities and organizations across the country. Using non-invasive methods such as blood tests, EKGs, ankle-brachial index (ABI) testing, and ultrasound, we help clients better understand their health.

Founded more than 20 years ago by medical professionals with a passion for prevention, we deliver accurate results and recommendations that clients can share with their physicians. The Opportunity

Health Gauge is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Registration/ Receptionist to support health-screening events throughout the Midwest and beyond.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable traveling. You’ll welcome clients, manage the registration process, and help create an organized and positive experience at every event.

What You’ll Do

Travel to health-screening events as a full-time member of the Health Gauge team
Welcome clients and guide them through registration and check-in
Verify client information and maintain accurate paper and electronic records
Explain the screening process clearly and help clients feel comfortable
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional registration area
Protect client privacy and follow all applicable confidentiality procedures
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other screening activities as needed
Cross-train in additional roles, including ABI, EKG testing and other screening services
Provide a friendly, professional, and upbeat experience for every client

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare registration, patient services, medical assisting, health screenings, or a related role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers and online documentation systems
Detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and team-focused
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment
Willing to travel regularly, including occasional overnight travel
Willing to cross-train and support other roles within the company
Valid driver’s license required

Schedule and Travel

Full-time position with a flexible schedule
Schedule varies based on screening-event needs
Regular travel throughout the Midwest and occasionally beyond
Some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays required
No on-call shifts or holidays

Compensation and Benefits

$22–$26 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Paid time off
