What You'll Do

As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting clients throughout the life of their insurance policies while partnering closely with producers and insurance carriers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as a trusted resource for clients by assisting with policy questions, coverage changes, renewals, and day-to-day account servicing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.
Partner with the sales team to support client retention efforts, new business opportunities, and referral growth.
Prepare and submit insurance applications and renewal documentation.
Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
Prepare proposals, certificates, and other insurance-related documents.
Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and within established timelines.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, agency procedures, and carrier guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients find insurance solutions that best fit their needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of customer service and sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems is preferred.
A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
