Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate with strong home care experience to lead the growth efforts of our well-established homecare agency throughout our service areas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and building lasting relationships. Your energetic approach and keen understanding of Homecare will empower you to identify new opportunities, engage prospects effectively, and close deals that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout agency service areas.
Visit hospitals, clinics, senior centers, community organizations, physician offices, rehab centers, nursing homes, and other potential referral partners
Educate community partners and families about our services
Generate new referrals and help grow the agency's client base
Represent agency at community events, meetings, and outreach opportunities
Track outreach activity, leads, referrals, and follow-up communication using agency CRM application.
Work closely with the office, intake, and care teams to support smooth referral transitions
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify specific targets.

Requirements:

2 Years Homecare, healthcare, MLTC, Medicaid, Medicare, or community-based service experience required
Bachelor’s degree in a business or health related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present Power Point presentations and other media to large target audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, negotiation, listening and questioning skills.
Ability to execute a strategic plan and marketing strategy.
Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
