Company Overview
The Pablove Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children living with cancer

through the arts and advancing underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research.

Through our Pablove Shutterbugs program, we teach healing arts photography classes

nationwide (both virtually and in person), giving kids a creative outlet and a voice. Our

research program funds innovative pediatric cancer studies, helping drive discoveries

that can save lives. We are honored to serve these children and their families while

engaging our supporters by sharing their stories of courage, creativity, and hope.

We are a small but deeply passionate team that cares tremendously about our mission,

our families, and each other. We move quickly, wear many hats, and pitch in wherever

needed to help the organization thrive.

The Program & Operations Coordinator is a highly collaborative, behind-the-scenes role

that helps keep Pablove organized, efficient, and moving forward. This position is ideal

for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, communicates well with people, and is

excited to support many aspects of a growing nonprofit organization.

Because we are a small team, this role requires someone who is flexible, resourceful,

and happy to jump in wherever needed. One day may involve organizing program

supplies, updating donor records, or coordinating logistics for an event, while another

could include representing Pablove at a hospital or community event.

This role is heavily administrative and operational at its core, but also offers meaningful

opportunities to engage directly with families, volunteers, donors, and community

partners. We are looking for someone who enjoys both keeping things running smoothly

behind the scenes and serving as a warm, professional representative of the

organization when needed.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, tech-comfortable, and

energized by mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

Manage the scheduling, planning, and execution of educational programs for students aged 6-18, ensuring smooth delivery both virtually and in-person when applicable
Coordinate with teaching staff, students, and external partners to facilitate program activities and special events
Support education administration tasks such as enrollment management, attendance tracking, and student communication
Assist with the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant data, and operational reports
Handle shipping and occasional errands/logistical tasks
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and enhance participant experience
Provide on-site support at classes, hospitals, and community events
Support organizational projects related to university partnerships or research initiatives as needed
Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing initiatives, fundraising

campaigns, and events

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent communication skills for working with students, educators, and external partners
Knowledge of working with diverse student populations and fostering inclusive environments
Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
2+ years of administrative, operations, nonprofit, or office experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for supporting educational programs that empower youth and advance research efforts

Pay: $50,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
