The Sourcing Recruiter will support companywide hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, comfortable speaking with people, and interested in starting out their recruiting career. You will work closely with the recruiting manager in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

The primary focus of this position is candidate sourcing and early-stage recruiting support, including outreach, initial phone screens, and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates.

Sourcing Recruiter Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting resources
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, interest, availability, and basic qualifications
Reach out to prospective candidates by phone, email, text, and other approved recruiting channels
Schedule candidates for interviews, assessments, and other steps in the hiring process
Maintain accurate and timely candidate notes and status updates in the applicant tracking system
Build and manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Provide candidates with clear information regarding the company, position, hiring process, and expectations
Work toward weekly sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling goals

Minimum Requirements

Previous recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or other phone-based experience preferred
Professional and articulate communicator with strong phone and written communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates, follow-ups, and priorities at once
Positive, dependable, and motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Able to learn quickly, take direction, and adapt to changing hiring needs
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and comfortable learning applicant tracking and recruiting software
