As a licensed professional, you will guide clients through residential real estate transactions, negotiate offers, and manage the entire sales process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout each transaction
Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients
Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial consultation to deal closing, including managing paperwork and legal compliance
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across multiple channels, including digital platforms and social media
Build strong rapport with clients through clear communication, active listening, and personalized service
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by the company to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress
Stay informed about industry trends, fair housing regulations, and real estate law to ensure ethical practices and compliance
Collaborate with managing real estate teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and maintaining ongoing communication

Requirements

Valid real estate license in the applicable jurisdiction with active practicing status
Proven experience in real estate sales, especially residential transactions, with a track record of successful deal closures
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Familiarity with sales technology adoption and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
Knowledge of real estate market analysis techniques and industry trends to advise clients effectively
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Organizational skills essential for managing real estate administrative processes efficiently
Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
Understanding of fair housing regulations and legal aspects of real estate law
Experience with managing real estate teams or leading sales initiatives is a plus
