Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior dental office experience, strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, hands-on experience with Denticon practice management software, and a clear understanding of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Review and interpret EOBs accurately
Present treatment plans and collect payments
Manage patient records using Denticon
Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries
Maintain a smooth and organized front office workflow

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office experience
Proficiency in Denticon
Strong understanding of PPO and private dental insurance plans
Ability to read, understand, and explain EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
Experience with insurance verification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
