Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their booking experience is seamless, personalized, and memorable. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms with enthusiasm and clarity.
Use hospitality reservation systems such to input, modify, and confirm bookings accurately.
Provide detailed information about slip types, rates, amenities, and marina policies to assist guests in making informed decisions.
Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for arriving vessels.
Manage guest inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations.
Support night audit procedures by reconciling reservation data and ensuring all transactions are correctly processed.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail ,hospitality , or hotel front desk operations.
Familiarity with marina or hospitality reservation systems such as Dockmaster or other similar reservation management systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle customer service issues promptly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
