Are you a passionate CNA/HHA looking to make a difference in people's lives? Do you possess a heart of compassion and a desire to provide exceptional care to those in need? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

This position is for Certified Male Caregivers, Please only apply if you are looking for a Day or Evening shift ( and have Saturday & Sunday availability) CNA or HHA work. Many 4 or more hour shift options available.

What We're Looking For CNA's & HHA's that are:

- Compassionate and empathetic individuals with a genuine desire to help others.

- Previous experience as a caregiver or HHA preferred, but not required. We provide training for the right candidates!

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

What Our CNA's & HHA's Do:

- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders.

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

CNA/HHA DUTIES
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including tube feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

CNA/HHA Expected EXPERIANCE
- Previous experience in hospice care, caregiving, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
