We are seeking a driven, self-sufficient Account Executive (Hunter) to lead our client acquisition efforts. This is not a high-level corporate strategy role—this is a front-line, high-impact growth position for a builder who knows how to open doors, initiate cold conversations, and secure signed search agreements with healthcare leaders.

You will have total ownership over your pipeline: from identifying target prospects and building your own outreach sequences to pitching our services and closing new client contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Acquisition: Prospect, initiate contact with, and pitch decision-makers (CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, Practice Directors, CMOs, and C-Suite) across hospitals, medical groups, and health systems.
Contract Execution: Drive the sales process from initial cold outreach through presentation to signed contingency or retained search agreements.
Self-Generated Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, healthcare databases, and CRM tools to build, segment, and maintain your own active lead lists.
Outreach Campaign Execution: Write, test, and deploy multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, LinkedIn) to generate a consistent flow of intro calls.
Market Intelligence: Stay hyper-informed on regional and national healthcare hiring trends, facility expansions, M&A activity, and leadership turnover to target hot accounts.
Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, tracking all touchpoints, proposals, and signed agreements.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Agency Track Record: 2–5+ years of B2B sales, account acquisition, or 360-desk experience within a recruitment agency or staffing firm (healthcare recruitment experience preferred).
Self-Sourced Pipeline Mentality: You don't wait for a marketing department or lead-gen team to hand you meetings—you take pride in building your own funnel from scratch.
Closing Ability: Comfortable navigating contract terms, negotiating recruitment fees, and closing signed client agreements.
Tech-Savvy & Tool Literate: Proficient with modern sales tools (CRMs, email automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, AI research tools).
Clear, Direct Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication style; comfortable picking up the phone and holding peer-to-peer conversations with executive healthcare leaders.

What Success Looks Like in Month 1–3

30 Days: Fully onboarded on Vyla's offerings, target account criteria, and tech stack. First 100+ multi-channel prospects identified and actively sequence-driven.
60 Days: Consistent cadence of 8–10 discovery/pitch calls per week with target healthcare decision-makers. One signed client agreement.
90 Days: Multiple signed client agreements (contingency or retained) actively handed off to our recruiting engine for fulfillment.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure tied directly to the permanent placement job orders you secure.
