Job description

We are a vibrant, family-oriented 3rd party warehousing and fulfillment company looking to add high-quality individuals to our Pottstown, PA team. The Account Manager is dedicated to 10-20 assigned customers and performs the following job duties within the Client Services department:

Communicate with customers professionally and effectively on a regular basis via email and phone. Return phone calls and emails promptly.
Communicate customer needs and requests to the operations team in a deadline driven environment.
Research and resolve any customer issues; work closely with management to ensure that any customer needs and issues are addressed.
Oversee order processing in the WMS (Warehouse Management System), learn all aspects of the system with the goal of becoming a power user.
Closely monitor customer orders, receipts, and other projects to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a focus on excellence by working constructively with the operations team to meet and exceed all customer expectations.
Experience in warehousing, 3rd Party Logistics, or multi-channel e-commerce strongly preferred
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills required; experience working with Microsoft office products, especially Outlook and Excel. High comfort level in learning new systems.
