Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting a service department, including customer service, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, managing work orders, working with CRM or service management software, and supporting a technical service organization. This position offers an engaging environment where efficiency and customer satisfaction are prioritized, supporting the overall success of our organization.

Service Administrator must have strong customer service skills to support the technical team. SAP/ERP is a plus, must be tech savvy and experienced in AP/AR.

$26-$30hr

M-F

8:00am-4:30pm

Onsite/no hybrid or remote

Key Qualifications:

Customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
Answering phones and responding to customer emails
Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians
Processing and managing work orders
Creating purchase orders
Billing, invoicing, and/or accounts payable/receivable experience
Experience using CRM or service management software
SAP experience strongly preferred; experience with other ERP systems will also be considered
Experience supporting a field service or technical service department
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several service activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding role that combines administrative expertise with customer-focused service.
