Canworks, a leader in custom aluminum can printing and packaging solutions, is growing our team! We specialize in high-quality printed cans for craft breweries, beverage companies, and consumer brands. Position: Print Production Operator (Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

Location: Windsor, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us:

At Canworks, we provide state-of-the-art aluminum can printing services that help brands stand out in a competitive market. Our advanced digital printing technology, precision manufacturing processes, and commitment to quality control make us a trusted partner in the beverage packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain digital printing equipment for aluminum cans
Perform quality checks to ensure color accuracy, template alignment, and print consistency
Troubleshoot printing machinery and production line issues
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to meet client requirements
Follow all safety, maintenance, and quality assurance standards
Support continuous improvement in manufacturing and packaging processes

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and print specifications
Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot printing presses and production machinery
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight production deadlines

Be prepared to demonstrate and/or provide:

5+ years of work experience (does not have to all be in Printing)
Past mechanical experience preferred
Experience operating digital printers preferred
References from prior employers

Understand:

We are a startup, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding
Warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy
This role will require heavy lifting up to 75lbs
Previous brewing, canning, and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required
