Providence Business Solutions is expanding Verizon's FiOS Internet, fiber-optic, and home connectivity solutions throughout the Providence area and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Verizon Sales Associate.

This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and developing professionally in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Verizon Sales Associate, you'll connect with customers, learn how Verizon FiOS can improve their home internet experience, and build skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Verizon Sales Associate

Connect with customers to understand their internet needs and introduce Verizon FiOS solutions.
Explain the benefits of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, reliable connections, streaming, gaming, and connected home technology.
Provide personalized recommendations and create a positive customer experience.
Assist with customer questions, account enrollment, and service information.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales procedures.
Collaborate with your team to achieve goals while participating in ongoing coaching and development.
