Full Job Description

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an intern to assist with various administrative projects.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department ID, office name);

Track updated position descriptions by office;

Save position descriptions with establish naming convention;

Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase);

Assist staff with boxing up files per records retention schedule;

Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead;

Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites;

Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report;

Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed.
