Job description

Launch your career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as an inside sales representative! Now hiring enthusiastic, sales-focused individuals that will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a world-class customer service and sales experience as you provide moving quotes and answer questions about our products and services.

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to building relationships and exceeding expectations. As a sales representative you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or web
Recommend and sell solutions according to the customer’s needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment through a consultative sales process
Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
Follow-up with customers both pre-move and post-move to ensure satisfaction
Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
Participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination

Job Requirements

Customer service or sales background a plus (including servers, bartenders, or office staff looking to grow)
Must be detail oriented with creative problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills focusing on effective listening and communication
Must be friendly and high energy
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Basic computer literacy and intermediate typing skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00+ per year
