Full Job Description

We are looking for a warm, polished, and reliable Office Administrator/Client Relations Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front-facing operations. This is a full time, in person, position at our Frisco office, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Our estate planning practice runs on a steady, predictable schedule — regular business hours, no emergency litigation deadlines, and a supportive team environment where you're not chained to your desk after 5pm.

This role is a vital part of our office and requires a strong understanding of client relations and a keen attention to detail. Professional office or admin experience required. Client-facing role. Looking for a long-term fit (loyalty & longevity matters). Notary public preferred.

*** MUST LIVE in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

**Duties**

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients - by phone, email, and in person.

- Schedule appointments and manage firm's calendar.

- Effectively communicating with clients and being a liaison between the firm and potential new clients/existing clients. Call-backs and receptionist duties.

- Handle incoming and outgoing emails / Support day to day admin operations.

- Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing relationships.

- Perform various administrative tasks, including proofreading, data entry, and filing.

**Requirements**

- Warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor.

- Strong phone and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, MyCase, Zoom, and Teams.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- Stable work history and long term mindset.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Background in banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be a team player. No drama, no ego - just a genuine desire to serve people well.
