Full Job Description

We are a custom apparel and screen-printing company based in Thousand Oaks, California, proudly serving our community since 1979.Our services include screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, banners, stickers, and fundraising merchandise webstores for schools, sports teams, and spirit wear programs. We are a fast-paced, production-driven business built on quality, reliability, and long-term relationships — with our customers and our team.

Role Overview: The Sales & Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in supporting sales, order flow, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. This is a full-time, on-site position.The role will begin part-time for the first 4–6 weeks during in-house training, then transition to full-time Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Front Desk Operations

Greet customers professionally and confidently, in person and over the phone
Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Assist customers with order questions, timelines, and basic product guidance
Create a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk experience

Sales & Order Support

Assist with order intake, notating details of customer's needs.
Process payments accurately (cash, card, invoicing as needed)
Support order fulfillment and customer pickup coordination
Communicate clearly with sales and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Administrative & Clerical Support

Help keep the front office running efficiently and error-free

Job Requirements Candidates must be able to:

Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident demeanor at all times
Communicate clearly and accurately with customers, teammates, and vendors
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Accurately process payments, customer information, and order details
Follow established workflows and learn internal systems quickly
Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous Employment in Customer Service with References.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales support
Familiarity with POS systems, order management software, or CRM tools
Experience in printing, apparel, retail, or production environments
Comfort handling transactions and basic reconciliation
Strong organizational skills and calm problem-solving under pressure
