Full Job Description

The Consolidations & Reporting Manager is responsible for the end-to-end preparation of high-quality financial and operational reporting packages for an international parent company. This role serves as a technical accounting anchor, managing consolidations, intercompany portfolios, and tax provisions while driving automation across reporting workflows.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Consolidation & Technical Accounting: Prepare elimination and consolidation entries; account for intercompany loan agreements and manage the related portfolio.
Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of executive-level reporting packages (financial and operational) for the parent company.
Tax & Audit Support: Calculate tax provisions and support external audit and regulatory processes as required.
Executive Communication: Manage reporting timelines and present key deliverables to top leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with corporate and plant accounting teams, as well as FP&A, to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting workflows to streamline cycles and mitigate risk.
Reporting Requirements: Meet reporting requirement timelines in monthly and quarterly filings. Field questions from the Parent Company regarding changes and fluctuations in accounts for reporting purposes. Work closely with finance teams across multiple plants and other subsidiaries to ensure accurate data submission and compliance with group reporting timelines.
Compliance: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external auditors as well as tax advisors. Ensure financial controls and processes are in place to support audit readiness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA highly preferred.

Functional Experience

Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines; excellent collaborative and communication skills.
Monthly preparation of financial analysis and use of various types of charts.

Industry Experience

3–10 years in financial reporting, preferably

Required Skills

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP (specifically consolidation and foreign currency matters), SOX and IFRS compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems, including exposure to Oracle or OneStream; experience with Power BI and advanced Excel (advanced formulas, macros, etc.).
Business acumen and ability to communicate advice and counsel effectively in written and oral forms to all management and employees for all subjects related to controlling activities of all plants.
Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
May be required to lift up to 15 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Occasional travel may be required to plant locations.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
