Do you enjoy helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? Are you passionate about building relationships and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied?

We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our growing dealership team. This role is responsible for enhancing customer experience, resolving concerns, following up with customers after the sale of a vehicle, and helping us build lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty.

The pay range for this position is based on experience and qualifications: $50,000 annually

What You'll Do:

Build positive relationships with customers throughout their dealership experience.
Follow up with customers after vehicle purchases and service visits to ensure satisfaction.
Address customer concerns professionally and work with dealership leadership to resolve issues quickly.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with customer retention initiatives and dealership follow-up programs.
Help maintain high customer satisfaction scores and online reputation.
Perform other customer experience and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.
Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems.
Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
