Accountant

Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Location: Arvada, CO (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Our client is seeking an Accountant to join its growing corporate accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and use tax, multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement while working directly with finance leadership.

Accountant Responsibilities

As the Accountant, you will:

Prepare collections reporting and consolidate AP data for leadership reporting

Process sales and use tax filings across multiple states and jurisdictions

Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP, AR, and accounting questions

Process shared corporate expenses, including legal, insurance, rent, and other recurring costs

Support multi-entity accounting activities and compliance initiatives

Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement projects

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting

Experience preparing sales and use tax filings is strongly preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and lookups

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

A proactive mindset with a desire to grow within corporate accounting
