Full Job Description

Dedicated CPA is a fast-growing accounting firm providing tax, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial advisory services to individuals and businesses. We are known for professionalism, responsiveness, and strong long-term client relationships.

We are seeking Client Relations Coordinators to work closely with our Client Managers and assist in managing and servicing their assigned clients.

Position Summary

The Client Relations Coordinator will work as part of a team with an assigned Client Manager, assisting with client communication, document collection, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with the firm’s tax, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and administrative departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple client matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with an assigned Client Manager to support a portfolio of clients.
Communicate with clients regarding documents, appointments, deadlines, and outstanding matters.
Collect required information and follow up on missing documents, signatures, payments, and other pending items.
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
Monitor open client matters and ensure timely follow-up and progress.
Maintain accurate client records and notes in the firm’s CRM system.
Assist with new-client onboarding and document collection.
Respond to routine client inquiries and escalate more complex matters to the Client Manager or appropriate professional.
Help resolve client concerns in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial, tax, and business information.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, account coordination, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professional and client-service-oriented approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with an assigned Client Manager.
Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in Sunrise, FL.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a CPA, accounting, tax, bookkeeping, financial-services, law, or other professional-services environment.
Experience supporting a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar position.
Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax-related processes.
Experience managing communication and follow-up for multiple clients.
