Full Job Description

Join a thriving, high-volume private psychiatric practice serving a steady stream of adult—and optionally child/adolescent—patients. We are a well-established group with locations in Trumbull and Fairfield, Connecticut, offering an efficient, team-oriented, and fast-paced outpatient setting. Our offices are supported by experienced NPs and PAs, and we receive more referrals than we can handle—with no need for marketing.

We are hiring a full-time Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive outpatient care, including medication management, evaluations, and optional TMS consultations. Whether you’re a seasoned psychiatrist or a new grad with child/adolescent interest, we encourage you to apply.

Position Highlights:

Outpatient only – No inpatient rounds
Flexible schedule between 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Fri
High referral volume – full schedule from Day 1
Work with adults and, if desired, children/adolescents
Minimal call: ~3 weekdays/month + 1 weekend every 2 months (remote only)
Customizable EMR (ABS) designed for speed and flexibility
Practice provides TMS; psychiatrist leads consults/start
Partnership opportunities available over time

Ideal Candidate:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (MD or DO)
Comfortable with medication management and psych evaluations
Open to working at both Fairfield and Trumbull locations
Suboxone waiver preferred (or willing to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $275,000–$350,000 (up to $400,000 for child-trained psychiatrists)
Earning Potential: $600,000–$900,000+ via performance-based revenue share
401(k) with 50% match + 5–7% annual profit sharing
