About the Opportunity

Foshee Residential is hiring a Property Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Montgomery, AL

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who can balance financial performance, team leadership, and community operations—while delivering a strong experience for residents and prospects alike.

What You’ll Do:

Operations & Financial Performance

· Manage property financials, including budgeting and expense control

Monitor performance and work toward occupancy and revenue goals
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and reporting

Team Leadership

· Supervise onsite staff including leasing, maintenance, and office teams

Provide training, coaching, and performance management
Foster a collaborative and professional team environment

Leasing & Marketing

· Oversee marketing and leasing strategies

Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion
Support efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels

Maintenance & Community Oversight

· Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Regional Manager and Director of Maintenance

Ensure the community maintains strong curb appeal and operational standards
Evaluate property needs and recommend improvements

Resident Experience

· Support resident engagement and retention initiatives

Oversee community events and communication efforts
Maintain a high standard of customer service

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong experience with budgeting and property operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office

· OneSite experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver’s License required

· CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred

Physical Requirements

· Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and communication

Ability to navigate the community as needed
