Job Title:
Case Manager – Residential Treatment (Adolescent Girls)

Location: Kendleton, TX
Pay: $22–$28/hour (based on experience) + On-Call Stipend

Who We Are

Belle Place RTC is a licensed GRO Residential Treatment Center, serving adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in the DFPS Foster Care System. We partner closely with DFPS and community-based providers to deliver safe, stable, and trauma-informed care.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between youth, DFPS, families, and service providers
Coordinate all educational, clinical, and medical services (therapy, psych, school, etc.)
Participate in service planning and monitor progress toward goals
Complete documentation (case notes, incident reports, discharge planning)
Support crisis intervention and de-escalation
Collaborate with staff to ensure quality therapeutic care
Participate in an on-call rotation (monthly with stipend)

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
2+ years of experience with adolescents in RTC, CPS/DFPS, or behavioral health
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage crises and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license (transport required)

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
