Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Dental insurance coordinator, to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain smooth office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support various administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient office management.

Pay based on skill level

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, insurance lookup and treatment planning.
Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude at all times

Experience

Prior Dental office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Dentrix dental software.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls with professionalism
Demonstrated clerical experience including Dental data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Patient hours are as follows;

Monday 11-5

Tuesdays 8-5

Wednesdays 8-3

Thursdays 8-5

Some Saturdays during School year ( to accommodate teachers and such)

Off Fridays

Off Saturdays in the summer.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
