Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and dependable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy
Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records
Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, etc.

Requirements

Experience in office administration or front desk roles preferred, but not required.
Ability and willingness to learn new technology & processes quickly
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
