Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in medical administrative support, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations, delivering outstanding patient service, and maintaining accurate documentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions.

Duties

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using EHR systems Clinic Doctor.
Route patient to treatment area and make sure flow is manageable for providers.
Perform Documentation when needed and schedule next visit
When slow provide admin tasks such as filing, making charts, and scanning
Review medical documentation for completeness and accuracy, including CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding, and review of care plans to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Support clinical staff by coordinating patient intake processes, updating medical histories, and managing appointment reminders.
Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office, office management software to facilitate efficient office operations.

Skills

Be able to follow directions and willing to learn new systems and office operations.
Provide excellent customer service and experience.
Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
Wanting to work and help people in an enjoyable fast environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
