Full Job Description

Job Summary

Jade Haifa Studio is a luxury skincare destination dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences in a beautiful, welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about customer service, beauty, and digital content.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience

Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Check clients in and out while ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area.
Prepare refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Process payments and retail purchases.
Manage inventory of retail products and front desk supplies.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with the estheticians to ensure appointments run smoothly.

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate client records.
Follow up with clients after appointments.
Help manage daily schedules and appointment flow.
Handle general administrative tasks and studio organization.
Assist with ordering office and spa supplies when needed.

Social Media & Marketing

Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Assist in creating engaging Instagram, TikTok, and other social media content.
Film and edit short-form videos and Reels.
Post content according to the studio’s content calendar.
Respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
Maintain the luxury aesthetic and brand image across all social media platforms.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, or medical aesthetics preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and basic computer programs.
Experience creating social media content, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
