Job Title: Account Executive

If you have prior success selling marketing and employee engagement solutions to senior executives and frontline managers in a highly competitive market, we are looking for you!

You have a proven track record of developing enterprise relationships across departments. You can easily explain how you will build and maintain a full pipeline. This is role blends hunting and high-level account management.

You must be comfortable asking questions and engaging multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities, build the business case, and navigate the approval and review process. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales
Understand and present The Image Group’s capabilities.
Schedule, lead and manage new business presentations to add value and grow relationships.
Develop and manage long-term client strategies.
Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to achieve earnings, growth, and profit goals.
Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating
Develop growth plans and revenue forecasts for all clients.
Monitor sales volume and re-forecast when necessary.
Regularly evaluate overall product strategy and client support, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Research and analyze background information regarding clients, opportunities, industry trends, and other initiatives.
Team Leading & Coordinating
Define project scopes, write proposals, create project specifications, and schedules.
Lead and manage complex projects across departments.
Educate clients and manage their needs and expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends and promotional product recommendations.
Assist in customer management, merchandising, and data setup for e-commerce implementations.
