Full Job Description

We are a small investment advisor company, looking to fill a part- to full-time clerical position. This position will start as part time and may become full-time after about 3 months. In the first few months you would be working Monday-Friday for about 2-4 hours a day. Specific working hours are flexible and will be determined depending on your availability. Specific full time working hours will be decided upon switching to full time.

Our office is located off of Route 9 in Freehold, NJ. Full time positions are eligible for the following benefits: dental insurance, medical insurance, retirement plan.

Requirements

Fluency in Russian, written and oral. Knowledge of English (with the ability to answer phone calls and understand and clearly communicate information).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use applications in both, iOS and Microsoft Windows, such as Excel, Word, etc .
Willingness and ability to quickly learn our custom client management software.
Legal US resident status - citizenship or green card.

Duties:

Data entry.
Generating commissions reports, investment statements and Insurance statements.
Sending out statements by e-mail.
Communicating with clients and agents by e-mail in Russian and English.
Providing assistance to the Manager of the accounting department.
Managing information on the company website.
Answering phone calls.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
