Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Help Desk I to join their team. As a Help Desk I, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting end users across various technical issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Help Desk

Location: Madison, WI

What's the Job?

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person requests
Identify, research, and resolve hardware and software issues
Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and support tasks
Follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver consistent support services

What's Needed?

Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or IT support roles
Basic knowledge of IT concepts, troubleshooting, and support practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Willingness to work the third shift, Saturday through Wednesday, from 12:00 am to 8:30 am
