About us

We are a mid-sized CPA firm located in Wichita, KS. Here we value our members and their families and strive to create an atmosphere that allows our employees to find a comfortable balance between their professional and personal lives. Our goal is to find new members for our team who are hungry for both professional and personal growth. We are also offering a $5,000 signing bonus for this position.

Job Requirements

Run either Income tax or audit and other assurance engagements from start to finish including planning and managing engagements.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify key points of interest and adjust engagement functions as necessary.
Solid understanding of manufacturing, distribution and construction industries, a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills to provide clients with superior service along with the ability to interact professionally with clients and all staff levels.
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Proficient with ProSystem suite; including Tax, Document, Engagement, Practice Management, Scan, and Fixed Assets.
Limited preparation of S-corporation, C-corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA license or candidate for CPA exam is highly desirable.
5 to 10 years Public Accounting experience.
Potential for future advancement in the firm.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Virtually no travel required.
