Sunflower Behavioral Health is seeking independent, fully licensed psychotherapists who want to operate their own private practice while enjoying the benefits of a supportive group environment. This is not an employed therapist role - it is an opportunity for clinicians who want autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to build their own caseload.

Therapists set their own hours, own fees, and own clinical approach, while renting a fully furnished office within our practice.

What We Provide:

All office rentals include:

Fully furnished private therapy office
Locking door
High-speed internet
All utilities included
Weekly cleaning
Shared waiting area
Rotating referrals (optional)

Optional Add-On Services (Additional Fee)

Therapists may choose to add any of the following:

Billing and claims submission
Denial management and payment posting
Use of our EHR (SimplePractice)
Credentialing support
Clinical Supervision (if needed)
Sunflower Behavioral Health e-mail address
Preference on referrals

You choose only the services you want - from space rental only to full administrative support

What You Control

As an independent contractor, you:

Set your own schedule
Determine your own caseload
Choose your own treatment modalities
Maintain your own clinical autonomy
Run your own business under your own license

Requirements

Master's degree in a mental health field
Active Kansas license (LMLP, LCP, LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC)
Your own malpractice insurance
Ability to perate as an independent business (1099)

Compensation

Income varies based on your caseload, rates, and selected support services. This is not a salaried position.
