Full Job Description

Local Printing and Promotional Advertising Company is seeking a full time Customer Service/Print Services associate to handle front counter sales, take in jobs via web, phone and email. We do commercial printing, wide format, apparel and promotional materials. We are looking for a team player who can handle a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively and successfully multi-task, work alongside co-workers, and take both initiative and direction. The ideal candidate would also have experience in the customer service field, have good communication skills, enjoy customer interaction, have the ability to stay on task and be organized. Knowledge of the printing/apparel industry would be a plus but not required.

The following list is an indication of duties and responsibilities. We are looking for positivity and creativity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and take over the counter orders
Talk informatively to customers about printing/apparel/promotional items
Answer the phone
Monitor email and respond professionally and courteously.
Process web orders and enter orders into estimating software.
Write up overflow jobs from Sales reps.
Research and provide estimates on promotional items.
Reach out to customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
Skills:
Effectively communicate with a diverse group of personalities.
Organize multiple tasks at once while working quickly and efficiently.
Communicate clearly both in person and over the phone.
Communicate clearly and professionally online.
Willing to learn and take instruction well but also able to take initiative.
Attention to detail.
Stay Organized.
Ability to stay on task.
Good computer skills.
Need to have basic math skills and the ability to read ruler.
Good grammar and spelling.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Google applications.

Salary: Starting at $40,000 per year commensurate to experience
