Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of Atlas Insurance Group, engaging directly with potential customers in their communities. You'll own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting solutions and closing deals. Your Day-to-Day

Engage Directly: Connect with prospective clients through in-person field interactions, building trust and understanding their unique insurance needs.

Drive Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle, guiding customers from initial interest through to a signed agreement.
Follow Up & Nurture: Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Track Progress: Diligently record all customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Achieve Targets: Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales goals.

This role offers significant earning potential, with compensation structured around strong commission-based rewards. Top performers can expect to earn between $90,000 and $250,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales activity and your income.
