Position Summary

The Healthcare Recruiter & Social Media Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals while managing recruitment-focused social media initiatives that strengthen Better Home Care's online presence and employer brand.

This is a fully in-person position based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Recruit qualified candidates for positions including:
Home Health Aides (HHAs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Administrative and office staff
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
Schedule orientations and new hire training
Maintain recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems
Build relationships with prospective candidates to create a strong talent pipeline

Social Media & Employer Branding

Develop and manage recruitment-focused social media campaigns
Create engaging content for:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
Healthcare recruiting platforms
Promote career opportunities, employee recognition, and company culture
Increase brand awareness and candidate engagement
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements

Internal Communications

Create monthly employee newsletters
Share company updates, employee spotlights, healthcare news, and career opportunities
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

QualificationsRequired

At least 1 year of recruiting experience
At least 1 year of healthcare industry experience
At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic computer applications

Preferred

Home healthcare recruiting experience
Experience recruiting nurses, caregivers, or allied healthcare professionals
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook recruiting, and social recruiting strategies
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Canva or other graphic design experience
