The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

Our upcoming community, The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, will be accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This will be more than place to work—it will be a place to thrive. Position: Receptionist

Hourly: $17.50 - $22.50 hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 2103 9th Street Southeast, Willmar, MN 56201

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (MOD rotation for holidays and weekends)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.
