Summary

'We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Ken Ganley CDJR Mentor This vital role involves providing excellent customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our dealership's daily activities. Your contribution will help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and uphold our reputation for excellence.'
Responsibilities

' Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.

Manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently.
Maintain an organized front desk area.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Support office management with various clerical duties.
Use computer software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare documents and reports.
Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication and support.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.'
Qualifications

' Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.'
