What You Will Do

Evaluate orthopedic patients and identify movement limitations, impairments, functional restrictions, and personal goals
Develop individualized Physical Therapy plans based on clinical findings and patient objectives
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation
Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional strengthening, and movement retraining
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, confidence, and physical performance
Educate patients on pain, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Build strong relationships throughout the patient journey
Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional patient experience
Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
Support a positive, professional, and growth-focused clinic culture

Who We Are Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in North Carolina
Passion for outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy
Interest in movement-based rehabilitation and performance
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to build trust and meaningful patient relationships
Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
