Payroll, Benefits, and Facilities Administrator
Located in Portland, OR (hybrid)
Salary up to $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the HR Operations Administrator:

Administer bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain payroll compliance across multiple states
Manage employee benefits programs, enrollments, open enrollment activities, and vendor relationships
Support HR operations, onboarding, employee records management, and policy administration
Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate experience initiatives
Oversee office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace needs
Maintain compliance with employment, payroll, and benefits regulations

Qualifications for the HR Operations Administrator:

3-5+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration responsibilities
Experience working in a professional services environment strongly preferred
Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and employee benefits administration
Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Excel
