About Us

Skillville Corp is a licensed and insured residential general contracting company based in Methuen, MA. We specialize in high-quality renovations, remodeling, and custom carpentry throughout the greater Boston area. Our team is built on professionalism, craftsmanship, and strong client relationships—and we’re looking to grow.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Salesperson/Estimator with a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. This is not an entry-level role—applicants should be confident in their ability to walk a job site, assess client needs, and develop accurate estimates with minimal supervision. This is a commission-only position—ideal for someone motivated by performance-based earnings and excited to help drive company growth.

Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to understand their project needs

Conduct site visits and evaluations

Prepare detailed estimates and project scopes

Collaborate with project managers to ensure pricing and timelines are aligned

Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and close sales

Track communications and proposals in a clear and organized manner

Represent Skillville Corp with professionalism and integrity

Attend networking events and contribute ideas on how to bring in more business/leads to the company. (Trade Shows, Marketing Strategies)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction/remodeling sales

Understanding of building methods, materials, and local code compliance

Proven ability to sell construction projects and build trust with clients

Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans

Experience with estimating software (Billdr Pro) is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Compensation

This is a commission-only role, offering significant earning potential for a self-starter with experience and motivation.
