CNC Machinist (Level I – Level III)

We're seeking skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in producing complex, high-tolerance components while working with advanced machining technology in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components.
Machine parts to tight tolerances while meeting quality and production standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Perform machine offsets, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Work closely with programmers, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure first-pass success.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-axis CNC machining, including 5-axis machining.
Experience operating Mazak or similar CNC machining centers.
Aerospace, medical device, or other high-precision manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining.
Experience with machine setup, tooling, and offsets.

Compensation

Level I: $22.00 – $26.00/hour

Level II: $26.00 – $30.00/hour

Level III: $30.00+/hour (DOE)

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00–$4.00/hour depending on shift.
