Full Job Description

Lead Our Mortgage Servicing Team

Centennial Lending is seeking an experienced Residential Mortgage Servicing Manager to provide leadership for our Loan Servicing department. This role is responsible for directing daily servicing operations, developing team members, driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory and investor compliance, and building strong relationships with our credit union partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a servicing professional who enjoys leading people, improving performance, and making a meaningful impact on organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and support the Residential Loan Servicing team
Establish clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and identify employee development opportunities
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Oversee daily mortgage servicing operations and departmental performance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHLB, FHA, VA, and company servicing requirements
Manage relationships with credit union partners and investors
Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio and investor reporting
Conduct quality control reviews and ensure servicing accuracy

Qualifications

5+ years of residential mortgage servicing experience
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHLB, FHA, and VA servicing guidelines
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree preferred
