Full Job Description

Join Our Team

We are expanding our 1st Shift team to support our growing customer demand and are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our manufacturing team. If you have a strong background in CNC mill setup and operation, take pride in producing high-quality precision parts, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.

Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.

Verify part dimensions and maintain quality standards throughout the machining process.

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

Troubleshoot machining issues and work with team members to resolve production challenges.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Continuously learn and apply new machining techniques and best practices to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines (required).

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience using precision measuring tools, including hand gauges, calipers, micrometers, and indicators.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $24.00 - $32.00, based on experience.
