Our Family Practice office in Oviedo, Fl is looking for a compassionate, dependable, hardworking, Mature and professional dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Intake Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating client intake processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of daily activities and positive client interactions.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters the office.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling in our EMR (Eclinicalworks) and coordinate client intake procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, insurance verification
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with forms, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly..
Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail
Organizational skills necessary for calendar management, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks seamlessly.
