Position Responsibilities - Clinical Nursing Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Triage patient concerns and communicate with providers
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Start peripheral IVs and administer wellness infusion therapies
- Administer intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications
- Assist providers with hormone pellet procedures and other in-office procedures
- Administer hormone replacement therapies and peptide treatments
- Educate patients on hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, medications, supplements, nutrition, and individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient response to therapies and provide follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection prevention, and medication safety standards
Patient Care & Clinical Operations
- Coordinate daily patient flow to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
- Answer patient questions through phone, portal messaging, and follow-up communication
- Assist with medication preparation and inventory management
- Maintain exam and procedure rooms and clinical equipment
- Collaborate with providers to deliver concierge-style patient care
- Assist with implementation of new services and clinical protocols
- Contribute ideas that improve clinic operations, efficiency, and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Passion for preventative, patient-centered healthcare
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of Registered Nurse experience
- Outpatient or ambulatory clinic experience
- Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
- Advanced phlebotomy experience
- Procedural nursing experience
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy
- Functional or integrative medicine experience
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Interest in longevity medicine, nutrition, wellness, peptide therapy, and preventative healthcare
