What You'll Do
- Support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns
- Interact directly with consumers to provide product information and answer questions
- Represent client brands professionally within retail environments
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales initiatives
- Learn campaign strategy, performance tracking, and marketing fundamentals
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and development sessions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
